Families keep preschool special education through 2028
The law extends current rules for certified school psychologists and preschool special education for children with disabilities. These rules stay in place through June 30, 2028, instead of ending on June 30, 2026. It takes effect now and continues the framework that has been in force since July 1, 2014. Families and schools can keep using the same services and providers during this period.
