Ohio Industrial Commission gets two-year funding

The law funds Ohio’s Industrial Commission for July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027, using the Dedicated Purpose Fund Group. Total funding is $53.146066 million for fiscal year 2026 and $54.296699 million for fiscal year 2027. Operating expenses receive $48.8014 million and $49.8405 million, respectively. Attorney General payments receive $3.186666 million and $3.298199 million, respectively. Each year, $1.158 million must pay rent and operating costs for the Commission’s space in the William Green Building. The law takes immediate effect, and general rules from the main state operating budget also apply to this funding. It does not specify direct household payments or changes in household benefits or costs.
