Beginning November 1, 2026, Oklahoma’s Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics can invest in publicly owned infrastructure. Projects must support its drone and advanced air mobility clearinghouse mission or the related state law. The department can also form needed partnerships with other states and industry groups to create regional or technical centers. These centers focus on bringing drone and advanced air mobility technologies into use. The law sets no funding amount and creates no direct household payment or benefit.
