Oklahoma limits state office insurance marketing

Beginning November 1, 2025, Oklahoma’s Office of Management and Enterprise Services cannot promote or market other insurance alongside its Risk Management Program. Insurance authorized under the program’s governing law is exempt from this ban. The restriction governs the state office, not households, and creates no direct household benefit or duty.
