The law makes all money entering the Oklahoma Space Industry Development Authority’s revolving fund available for its use. The Authority can spend it to carry out the Space Industry Development Act and pay legitimate costs of doing so. This replaces the narrower purpose of creating, operating, staffing, and maintaining the Authority. The change sets no dollar amount and creates no direct household payment or duty.
The law ends a special process for landowners to ask the Board to remove their land from a spaceport territory. That process allowed written requests within 90 days after the Board’s first meeting. Other procedures for changing spaceport boundaries remain.
