Oklahoma adopts the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance’s May 26, 2016 definition of antisemitism, including its examples. The definition is a guide, not a legally binding rule. Its use is limited to training, education, recognizing and combating antisemitic hate crimes or discrimination, and tracking and reporting incidents. The law creates no new criminal penalties. It preserves First Amendment rights and other rights protected by the U.S. and Oklahoma constitutions.
