Associations get standing in Oregon Tax Court

The law lets associations and organizations ask the Oregon Tax Court for a declaratory ruling. They have standing if at least one member is harmed by the tax issue. The issue must relate to the group’s purpose. The claim must not require those harmed members to join the court case.
