Oregon’s human services and health agencies must file small-account reimbursement claims between 46 and 75 days after death. This applies when the person’s total deposits at Oregon financial institutions do not exceed $25,000. The deadline moves from day 76 to day 75. The same window covers claim forms attached to account-information requests involving public or medical assistance subject to repayment.
Credit union boards can let officers or employees review an expelled member’s request to rejoin. This changes who can review the request, not the standards for deciding it. Members are not guaranteed approval.
