The law ends remaining collection rights for debts from qualifying Oregon municipal or justice court convictions. It covers marijuana possession of less than one ounce before July 1, 2015. These rights expire on the 91st day after Oregon’s 2025 regular legislative session ends. When seeking to set aside the conviction, you count as fully completing the sentence’s money obligations. The law does not automatically set aside the conviction.
