Remote marriage for deployed service members

If you are on active duty and cannot apply in person, the clerk cannot deny your marriage license for that reason. You can sign the license application electronically. A judge can marry you while you appear by live audio and video if you cannot be there because of service. All other marriage requirements still apply. The judge may waive the solemnization fee for these remote ceremonies.
