Oregon Veterans Dental Program providers must complete your intake screening within 60 days after you first contact them. This rule applies to dental organizations and individual providers under contract with the Oregon Health Authority. The deadline covers the intake screening, not completion of dental treatment. The law takes effect on the 91st day after Oregon's 2025 regular legislative session adjourns.
