Crisis hotline numbers on student and staff IDs

Rhode Island middle and high schools overseen by the state must add crisis help to ID cards. Student IDs must list a suicide prevention number and a substance use crisis number. Staff IDs for teachers, administrators, professional staff, and custodians must include the same info. One number that covers both (like 988) is allowed. Schools can print the numbers or use a sticker.
