North Kingstown cases shift to Fourth Division

Beginning two months after passage, North Kingstown district court cases move to the Fourth Division. Appeals and transfers from North Kingstown go to the Washington County Superior Court clerk. Before, these went through the Third Division and the Kent County clerk. This changes where you file and may change travel time. The change balances caseloads across courts.
