Path to restore Charlie's Oil charter

This law gives Charlie's Oil Co., Inc. (qualified Dec 26, 1978) a one-time path to get its charter back. By December 31, 2026, the company must file all Rhode Island corporate tax returns and pay every tax that was or should have been due. It must get a certificate from the state tax administrator showing those filings and payments and file it with the secretary of state. It must also file all secretary of state reports and pay all required fees. Once the certificate is filed and fees are paid by the deadline, the revocation is vacated. The company regains all powers and benefits and remains subject to all duties and liabilities as if no revocation happened. If the steps are not finished by the deadline, the revocation stays in place.
