Pinball no longer an offense for minors
The law removes playing a pinball machine from juvenile status offenses. It also repeals the old statute that banned minors from playing pinball. Minors can play pinball without a juvenile status charge under state law. Other status offenses still apply. The change takes effect upon the Governor’s approval.
