A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 24-21-925 SO AS TO PROVIDE LIMITED PARDONS MAY BE GRANTED TO PERSONS WHO HAVE BEEN CONVICTED OF FELONY OFFENSES THAT ARE NOT CONSIDERED "CRIMES OF VIOLENCE," THAT WOULD ALLOW THEM TO POSSESS FIREARMS FOR THE PURPOSE OF HUNTING ONLY, AND TO PROVIDE AN APPLICATION FEE.
