A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 50-9-30, RELATING TO HUNTING AND FISHING LICENSE RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS, SO AS TO ALLOW FOR AN ADOPTED CHILD TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A LIFETIME RECREATIONAL LICENSE; AND BY AMENDING SECTION 50-9-520, RELATING TO LIFETIME STATEWIDE COMBINATION LICENSES; SO AS TO PROVIDE AN ADOPTED CHILD MAY OBTAIN A COMBINATION LICENSE AT NO COST.
