A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 23-23-165 SO AS TO PROVIDE THE LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING COUNCIL SHALL DEVELOP A MINIMUM SET OF STANDARDS THAT A STATE OR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY MUST FOLLOW WHEN ESTABLISHING AND IMPLEMENTING A MEDIATION PROGRAM AS AN ALTERNATE METHOD OF RESOLVING LAW ENFORCEMENT MISCONDUCT COMPLAINTS.
