A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ENACTING THE "LIABILITY FOR INJURIES CAUSED BY ABORTION-INDUCING DRUGS ACT" BY ADDING ARTICLE 7 TO CHAPTER 41, TITLE 44 SO AS TO IMPOSE LIABILITY ON ANY PERSON WHO MANUFACTURES, MAILS, DISTRIBUTES, TRANSPORTS, DELIVERS, OR PROVIDES ABORTION-INDUCING DRUGS, OR WHO AIDS OR ABETS THE MANUFACTURE, MAILING, DISTRIBUTION, TRANSPORTATION, DELIVERY, OR PROVISION OF ABORTION-INDUCING DRUGS FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, WITH EXCEPTIONS; TO DEFINE TERMS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
