A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ENACTING THE "SEXUAL OFFENDER ACT" BY ADDING SECTION 56-1-150 SO AS TO PROVIDE THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES MUST PLACE A SEXUAL OFFENDER IDENTIFIER ON THE DRIVERS' LICENSES OR SPECIAL IDENTIFICATION CARDS OF CERTAIN SEX OFFENDERS, TO PROVIDE A FEE, AND TO PROVIDE A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS.
