A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 56-5-3910 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IT IS UNLAWFUL FOR A PERSON TO SMOKE A TOBACCO PRODUCT IN A MOTOR VEHICLE IN WHICH THERE IS A TWELVE-YEAR-OLD OR YOUNGER PASSENGER AND TO PROVIDE FOR A PENALTY.
