Interstate detainers compact and 2031 agencies end 2033

On June 30, 2033, the Interstate Compact on Detainers ends in Tennessee. On the same date, every state department, board, commission, agency, or council created in calendar year 2031 ends. Any entity that ends may be continued, reestablished, or restructured in accordance with this chapter. The law takes effect when it becomes law.
