Licensed wineries and alcoholic beverage manufacturers can create a shared tasting and sales area. This is allowed only if the two premises are contiguous and on the same deeded property. The two businesses must share at least 51% common ownership. All alcohol sold there must be made on-site on that property by either business. The shared area cannot be inside either bonded premises.
