Tennessee medical labs need supervisor on call

Medical laboratories in Tennessee must have a lab supervisor readily available for consultations during every hour tests are performed. The supervisor does not have to be physically on site. Labs must ensure the supervisor can be reached for consultation at all testing times. This law takes effect upon becoming a law.
