Repeal process for Knox tech authority

This law repeals the Tennessee Technology Corridor Development Authority for Knox County. The repeal takes effect only if the Knox County legislative body approves it by a two-thirds (2/3) vote. The presiding officer must proclaim the approval and certify it to the Tennessee Secretary of State. If Knox County does not approve, nothing changes.
