This law repeals the Tennessee Technology Corridor Development Authority for Knox County. The repeal takes effect only if the Knox County legislative body approves it by a two-thirds (2/3) vote. The presiding officer must proclaim the approval and certify it to the Tennessee Secretary of State. If Knox County does not approve, nothing changes.
