Tennessee sets end dates for state bodies
The Tennessee Sex Offender Treatment Board is scheduled to end on June 30, 2034. State departments, commissions, boards, agencies, and councils created during calendar year 2032 have the same end date. The state may continue, reestablish, or restructure these bodies under its existing sunset rules. The law took effect upon enactment and creates no new funding, taxes, or fees.
