Two-way access easements on Davis Run Road

The law lets the Department of Wildlife Resources grant A-1 Land LLC an appurtenant, non-exclusive, 50-foot-wide vehicle right-of-way. It runs along Davis Run Road between State Route 615 and the company’s 210-acre parcel (Tax Map 56-A-1). The law also lets the Department accept a matching easement from A-1 Land LLC to reach the Highland Wildlife Management Area (Tax Parcel 567). The easements follow the centerline of the existing roadbed. Terms are set by the Department and need approval from the Department of General Services and the Secretary of Administration. The Attorney General approves the legal form.
