Review and approval of legal content and form of a proposed summary statement prepared pursuant to Section 116.160, RSMo, concerning a proposed constitutional amendment passed by the Missouri General Assembly (Senate Joint Resolution No. 1) to reauthorize for ten years the one-tenth percent sales/use tax for soil and water conservation and state parks and historic sites and to submit this issue to a vote every ten years or at an earlier special election.
