Tata Chemicals' UK soda ash and specialty chemicals plant; one of the oldest chemical sites in the UK (Brunner Mond heritage, founded 1874). Produces soda ash, bicarbonate, and chemical specialties. Acquired by Tata in 2006. Cheshire's salt deposits enabled the historic chemical industry here. This facility has ~150 years of continuous chemical manufacturing history.
