Title 15 › Chapter 85— ARMORED CAR INDUSTRY RECIPROCITY › § 5901
Congress says the United States must allow money, gold, securities, food-assistance benefits, and other high-value items to move freely between states. Armored car companies carry and guard those items, including daily shipments worth more than $1,000,000,000. Crew members face armed attacks and carry weapons to protect people and goods. Many states require weapons training and background checks to license these workers, and states should accept each other’s weapons licenses so transports stay safe.
