Summary

Adds specific parcels of land to Zion National Park in Utah. The areas added are described by townships and ranges (Salt Lake meridian): township 41 south, range 9 west (secs. 7, 17, 18, 19, 20, 29, 30, 31, 32); township 42 south, range 9 west (unsurveyed secs. 5, 6, 7, 8, 17, 18); township 42 south, range 9½ west (unsurveyed secs. 5–8); township 42 south, range 10 west (unsurveyed secs. 1, 2; N½ and SE¼ of 3; NE¼ of 4; E½ of 10; secs. 11, 12); township 41 south, range 10 west (all of 21; SW¼ of 22; NW¼ of 27; SE¼ unsurveyed 28; E½ unsurveyed 33); and township 41 south, range 11 west (secs. 34, 35, 36). All added land is referenced to the Salt Lake meridian and must follow the park’s laws and rules.

section 7, 17, 18, 19, 20, 29, 30, 31, and 32, township 41 south, range 9 west; unsurveyed section 5, 6, 7, 8, 17, and 18, township 42 south, range 9 west; unsurveyed section 5, 6, 7, and 8, township 42 south, range 9½ west; unsurveyed section 1, 2, and the north half and southeast quarter section 3; northeast quarter section 4, east half section 10, section 11 and 12, township 42 south, range 10 west; all of section 21, southwest quarter section 22, northwest quarter section 27, southeast quarter unsurveyed section 28; east half unsurveyed section 33, township 41 south, range 10 west; and all of section 34, 35, and 36, township 41 south, range 11 west, all with reference to the Salt Lake meridian, are added to and made a part of the Zion National Park in the State of Utah, subject to all laws and regulations applicable to and governing said park.
