Title 22 › Chapter 7— INTERNATIONAL BUREAUS, CONGRESSES, ETC. › § 272a
Lets the State Department get money every year to pay the United States' share of the Organization's costs, up to 25% of those costs as set by the International Labour Conference under article 13(2)(c) and 13(3). It also lets the State Department get extra yearly funds for U.S. participation costs, including pay and staff, housing and cost-of-living allowances for people posted abroad, printing, and other expenses the Secretary of State finds necessary. Some civil‑service and printing rules do not apply, and these expenses must follow section 287r and its rules.
