§15061 Grant Authority

Summary

The Secretary must use money authorized under section 15066(a)(1) to fund University Centers for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research, and Service. The Secretary must make five-year grants to a center in each State to do the work listed in section 15063(a). The Secretary must also give grants from funds reserved under section 15066(a)(2) for the training in section 15063(b), and must make one or more agreements or contracts using funds reserved under section 15066(a)(3) (or section 15083 when appropriate) to provide the technical help in section 15063(c).
