§9815 Reporting Requirement

Summary

The Administrator must send a report to the appropriate committees of Congress by February 28 of each of the next 6 years beginning after the date of enactment of this chapter. Each report must cover the preceding fiscal year. The report must give summaries for several items: bonuses paid under subsections (b) and (c) of section 9804 and under subsections (b) and (c) of section 9805 (for each, the total dollar amount, the total number, the share paid to supervisors and managers, and the average percentage used to calculate bonuses); the number of term appointments converted under section 9806 and how many of those were to meet a critical need in the workforce plan under section 9802(b)(2); how many pay rates were fixed or ended under section 9807 and how many fixes were for a critical need under section 9802(b)(2); the number of scholarships awarded under section 9809 and how many recipients were appointed; the total distinguished scholar appointments under section 9810 and how many were for a critical need under section 9802(b)(2); the average and largest travel and transportation payments under section 9811; the total employees given enhanced annual leave under section 9812, how many of those were in positions addressing a critical need under section 9802(b)(2), and the average extra leave earned by each group; the total appointments under section 9813 and how many were for a critical need under section 9802(b)(2); the number of employees whose pay was set under section 9814 and how many times pay was set to meet a critical need under section 9802(b)(2); and a summary of recruitment, relocation, redesignation, and retention bonuses paid under other authorities (excluding sections 5753 and 5754), showing for each type the total dollar amount, the total number, the share paid to supervisors and managers, and the average percentage used to calculate the bonuses.
