August 2025 Sunset Reviews Listed
Commerce will initiate five-year Sunset Reviews in August 2025 for specified antidumping and countervailing duty orders. The listed proceedings include crystalline silicon photovoltaic products (China A-570-010; Taiwan A-583-853; China C-570-011 for CVD), polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film or sheet from China (A-570-924), India (A-533-824; C-533-825), Taiwan (A-583-837), Republic of Korea (PET sheet A-580-903), and United Arab Emirates (A-520-803).
Deadlines and Filing Requirements to Participate
If you want to participate in these Sunset Reviews, you must contact Commerce in writing within 10 days of the Notice of Initiation to seek recognition. A Notice of Intent to Participate must be filed within 15 days of initiation for the review to continue, substantive comments are due no later than 30 days after initiation, electronically filed documents must be received in full by ACCESS by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on their due date, and public executive summaries of each issue should be limited to 450 words (not including citations).
No Suspended-Investigation Reviews in August
Commerce stated that no Sunset Review of suspended investigations is scheduled for initiation in August 2025. Stakeholders in suspended investigations will not have a sunset initiation in that month.
