No Antidumping Duties on Cambodian Folders

Commerce found that paper file folders from Cambodia were not sold in the U.S. at less than fair value for the period October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024. Because of the final negative determination (applicable December 29, 2025), Commerce will not direct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to suspend liquidation or require cash deposits of estimated antidumping duties for these imports, and no additional antidumping taxes or penalties will be added.
