Extension of Rapid Evaluations for Foster Youth
The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is requesting OMB approval to extend a generic clearance for 3 years so it can continue rapid-cycle evaluations of programs serving youth transitioning out of foster care. The goal is to collect data to build evidence about what works to improve outcomes for these youth, and findings may be shared publicly in webinars, reports, technical assistance materials, and other products.
Time Burden for Youth Respondents
If you are a current, former, or potential participant in programs serving youth or a young adult with foster care experience, you may be asked to take part in focus groups or surveys. The notice estimates 200 focus group respondents with 2 responses each at 1.5 hours per response (total annual burden 200 hours), 1,200 survey respondents with 3 responses each at 0.5 hours per response (total annual burden 600 hours), and an estimated total annual burden of 800 hours.
