Registration Fees, Payment, Refund Rules
In-person registration costs $328.00 per person and virtual registration costs $28.00 per person. All registrations must be made online and paid by credit card only. Registration opened February 11, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (EST); in-person registration closes August 27, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. (EDT), and virtual registration closes September 6, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. (EDT). Cancellations made after August 21, 2026 will not receive a refund.
Low-Cost Virtual Attendance Option
The 2026 TCSS will be open to attend virtually via webcast for $28.00 per person, with virtual registration closing on September 6, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. (EDT).
Summit Date Postponed to September
The 2026 Trade and Cargo Security Summit in Dallas was postponed from April 28–30, 2026 to September 8–10, 2026. The event will run September 8 (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CDT), September 9 (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CDT), and September 10 (8:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. CDT).
