VA doctors can certify tint permits
The law lets people with a real medical need get a state permit for aftermarket window tint. It can cover the windshield and the windows to the left and right of the driver. The tint must let at least 35% of light through. A New Hampshire-licensed provider or a licensed VA-affiliated provider (for NH veterans) can certify your need. The commissioner may consult a medical review board. The law takes effect 60 days after passage.
