Fixes the outer boundary of Everglades National Park so it includes three specific groups of land. First, a large area shown on the park base map NP–EVE–7109 (revised August 10, 1949). That area follows the south right-of-way of U.S. Highway 41 (the Tamiami Trail), the southwest right-of-way of U.S. Highway 1, many township and section lines, a tract sold by the State to John E. Ravlin in 1943, lines 200 feet from the Intracoastal Waterway, and several straight offshore lines drawn 2 or 3 miles from named points on Cape Sable, returning to the starting point. Second, lands the United States acquired by deeds dated January 25, 1954, and February 27, 1954, recorded in Monroe County public records (book OR–3, pages 302–308; book OR–2, pages 378–381) and accepted by the National Park Service on April 7, 1954, and April 5, 1954. Third, up to 35 acres near Everglades City that the Secretary of the Interior may accept as donations for park administration and use.
