Summary

More money, beyond what section 3231 provides, may be appropriated as needed to carry out section 3149(c)(2), and those funds will stay available until spent. The federal government may pay up to 100 percent of the costs of activities funded with that money.

Title 42, §3233

(a)In addition to amounts made available under section 3231 of this title, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out section 3149(c)(2) of this title, to remain available until expended.
(b)The Federal share of the cost of activities funded with amounts made available under subsection (a) shall be up to 100 percent.
