No Antidumping Duties for Spanish Chlorinated Isos
The Department of Commerce determined that chlorinated isocyanurates from Spain were not sold in the United States at less than normal value during June 1, 2022 through May 31, 2023. Because of that finding, no antidumping duties will be imposed for imports of these chemicals during that period, so companies that imported them for that period will not have to pay extra antidumping fees for those shipments.
