Extra Duties on Spanish Ripe Olives
The Department of Commerce found that certain exporters and producers of ripe olives from Spain received countervailable subsidies during January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. Because of that finding, countervailing duties will apply to those ripe olive imports when they enter the United States, so importers of those olives may pay extra fees.
