Court Changes Kingtom's Subsidy Rate
On July 9, 2025 the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a final judgment that leads Commerce to amend the countervailable subsidy rate assigned to Kingtom Aluminio S.R.L. for the period January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019.
