Published Date: 7/31/2026

Notice

Summary

The Defense Acquisition Regulations System has submitted to OMB for clearance the following proposal for collection of information under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act.

Analyzed Economic Effects

2 provisions identified: 1 benefits, 1 costs, 0 mixed.

Contractors Must Share Subcontract Contacts

If your business holds a Department of Defense contract or solicitation expected to exceed $1,500,000, you must provide, upon request, a list of the employees or offices responsible for entering into subcontracts. The contractor need not provide the listing more often than once a year; the collection estimates 10,655 respondents with an average burden of 1.1 hours per response and 11,720 total annual burden hours.

Cooperative Holders Can Request Contact Lists

If your organization holds a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense, you may request and receive a contractor's list of employees or offices that enter into subcontracts for DoD contracts expected to exceed $1,500,000. Cooperative agreement holders use that information to identify and pursue DoD contracting opportunities and to expand the number of businesses capable of participating in Government contracts.
