Notify When 85% of Funds Reached
If you are a DoD contractor, you must send a written notice when the contract amount payable is estimated to reach about 85% of the total funds allotted. The notice must state (1) the estimated date you will reach ~85%, (2) any estimate of additional funding needed to continue performance to the next allotment date, and (3) the estimated additional funds required for timely performance.
Report Performance-Based Payment Details
DoD contractors must report detailed performance-based payment information used to build cash-flow models. Required data include negotiated value of previously completed and current performance-based payments, cumulative values completed to date, total costs incurred to date, cumulative payments previously requested, and the payment amount requested for the current event.
