118-hr-2872, Making further continuing appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, and for other purposes.

118-hr-1096, 250th Anniversary of the United States Marine Corps Commemorative Coin Act
Creates a self‑financing commemorative coin program honoring the United States Marine Corps' 250th anniversary. The law authorizes specially designed gold, silver, and half‑dollar coins sold with a 2025 date and required inscriptions.
118-hr-2365, Dr. Emmanuel Bilirakis and Honorable Jennifer Wexton National Plan to End Parkinson’s Act
National Parkinson's Project creates a coordinated federal effort to prevent, diagnose, treat, and cure Parkinson's disease and related neurodegenerative Parkinsonisms. It sets a national plan, annual assessments, and agency coordination to speed research and improve care.
118-hr-5110, Protecting Hunting Heritage and Education Act
Creates a narrow exception allowing federal education funds to support student instruction in activities such as archery, hunting, other shooting sports, and culinary arts. It amends ESEA section 8526(7) to say the general prohibition on using federal education funds for weapons does not apply to funds under this Act when those funds pay for program activities that are otherwise permissible and that provide educational instruction or enrichment.
118-hr-4581, Maternal and Child Health Stillbirth Prevention Act of 2024
This law makes stillbirth prevention a clear goal of the Title V Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant and authorizes funding for evidence-based programs and outcome research to reduce stillbirth. - Families and pregnant people gain support through programs that promote fetal movement tracking, safe sleep guidance during pregnancy, smoking cessation, and community home visits or other support services. - State and local Maternal and Child Health programs and health providers can use Title V funds for screening and surveillance for fetal growth restriction and for efforts to improve birth timing in pregnancies with risk factors. - Researchers and public health agencies get an explicit funding basis for outcome research and evaluation of interventions aimed at lowering stillbirth rates and measuring what works.
118-hr-82, Social Security Fairness Act of 2023
Repeals the Government Pension Offset and the Windfall Elimination Provision to restore Social Security benefits for many public‑sector retirees. It removes statutory cross‑references to those rules and directs the Social Security Administration to update benefit calculations and payments. - Public‑sector retirees with pensions from jobs not covered by Social Security will stop having their spousal or survivor benefits reduced. Many people who lost part of their Social Security because of these offsets can see higher monthly checks. - Workers whose own Social Security benefits were cut by the Windfall Elimination Provision will no longer face that penalty when their benefit is computed. That raises the primary insurance amount used to set their monthly benefit. - The Social Security Administration must adjust primary insurance amounts and monthly insurance benefits for months after December 2023, so changes take effect starting January 2024.
