A resolution honoring Mississippi's Gestational Age Act.

This resolution would express profound gratitude to Mississippi State Representative Becky Currie for introducing the Mississippi Gestational Age Act, credited as the catalyst behind the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision that overturned Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey. It would also honor States that enacted laws aimed at valuing and protecting the inherent dignity of every mother and unborn child and acknowledges the Dobbs ruling’s return of authority over abortion to States and their elected representatives.
