US Slaps Duties on Thai Steel Propane Cylinders

The U.S. checked and found that Sahamitr Pressure Container from Thailand sold steel propane cylinders in the U.S. for less than fair prices from August 2022 to July 2023. Antidumping Duties on Thai Steel Cylinders

The U.S. Department of Commerce found that Sahamitr Pressure Container Plc. (Thailand) sold steel propane cylinders in the United States at prices below normal value during August 1, 2022 through July 31, 2023. As a result, additional antidumping duties will be assessed on imports of Sahamitr's steel propane cylinders, which will raise costs for U.S. importers and sellers of those products.
