Preliminary CVD Finding on R-125
The Department of Commerce preliminarily found that producers and exporters of pentafluoroethane (R-125) from the People’s Republic of China received countervailable subsidies during January 01, 2023 through December 31, 2023. That finding means extra taxes called countervailing duties may be added to imports of R-125 from China, which could increase costs for U.S. companies that buy those imports.
